Human Invest 2009: „Caterpillars can fly if they would just lighten up!”

Fiecare gandeste mai matur, mai profund, iar lucrurile nerelevante sunt aruncate cu mai multa fermitate la cos. Sunt multe semne ca brandul companiei va fi in 2010 si mai solid. Toamna care se apropie si anul viitor ne aduc o oportunitate pe care nu o vom rata: sa transformam structura companiei, procesele de business, felul in care lucram pana acum. Cred ca este una dintre cele mai curajoase decizii de business pe care le-am luat – dar intreaga echipa sustine si lucreaza sa construim noul model de business. Totul pentru o calitate si mai inalta, pentru a oferi o valoare si mai mare celor cu care lucram, pentru si mai multa eficienta interna.

Primele idei privind actualul format de lucru au aparut in decembrie 2008, la un wokshop strategic al companiei. Viziunea noua despre Human Invest pe care o aveam atunci era in aceeasi masura si tentanta, dar si infricosatoare: sa trecem de la o structura rigid controlata, la una flexibila, de tip retea. Punerea in practica a necesitat chiar de la inceputul acestui an si inca mai solicita, ore si zile intregi de discutii contradictorii, multa imaginatie, testarea ideilor printre cei cinici, testarea ideilor cu clientii nostri, experimente si inovatie. Dar cum lucrurile bune, atrag lucruri bune – proiectele din toamna au venit in intampinarea noastra: daca nu incepeam schimbarile inca de anul trecut, finalul acestui an ne-ar fi prins nepregatiti. Acum insa energia, concentrarea si responsabilitatea individuala sunt la cote din cele mai mari. Nu cred ca este intamplator faptul ca lucram si la proiecte regionale, nu doar in Romania. Si nici faptul ca suntem implicati in cateva proiecte de anvergura in tara.

Intrevad ca 2010 va fi unul din cei mai buni ai companiei: echipa lucreaza mai bine, procesele de business sunt mai eficiente, modul de lucru este mai simplu, iar reputatia brandului aduce credibilitate inalta proiectelor pe care le propunem!

Change and personal growth is all about discovering the inevitability of change and the need for one to clarify a vision of the future. We need to deal with the gooey glob that most people find uncomfortable. But you have to metamorphose in order to change and that will involve going through the discomfort of being less and less a caterpillar while you are in the process of becoming a butterfly. Expect the transformation process to be somewhat uncomfortable and note that it takes some level of commitment. A key is understanding the process and perception of the realities of the change.

Generally, everyone has unrealized potential. Improvement is about understanding and capturing ideas and possibilities, reformulating and restructuring those ideas into a usable form and then transforming them into actions and behaviors. This unrealized organizational and individual potential can be coached and supported and individuals generally need the support and coaching of others in order to be successful.

So, let’s focus on becoming more than what we are and becoming more like the butterfly. It is the diversity of thinking and perspective that gives us the opportunity to continue to see things in different ways. And we need to keep focused on the future. Each of us has the potential within us to fly, even though we all are different, so long as we continue to focus on how to lighten up.

    Imi place mult ceea ce am citit, ar fi bine sa putem aplica acest moto atat in programere de formare cat si in cele de dezvoltare.
